30 challenge is over have lost a total of 4.75 inches! lost 3 round my abdomen am most happy with this. will keep it up with slimming world as well. goal for next month 7lbs and 4 inches.
applied for that job today. work collegues tried to put meoff. its more admin that patient contact, will still have that tho. but if i didnt put application form in it will always be a case of what if
