of my 30 day chalenge at gym or 4 wks hehehe. by friday every muscle in my body ached but i actually felt much better. roll on till i can see the results at the end of it all!

From everywhere I hear, that how do people feel great after few days in the gym :-) But I have some kind of bias toward it... I'm maybe just paranoid, but I hate the image, that somebody was sweating on the gadget before me... I rather exercise at home and go to my own clean bathroom after it :-) But somehow I do not have time for much exercising... The gym would be better, because when you are there once, you exercise for an hour or hour and half, but when you are at home, you can easily loose your motivation...
So good luck and strength for the gym :-)
